In the event you wish to cancel your membership after the completion of your initial term, you must provide us notice of your intent to cancel in person or via phone at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused credits. LIV Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
